In the ZONE Training is owned and operated by successful veteran NCAA Division I and II head
softball coach Dr. Judy Favor. Favor brings the following credentials and experiences to her work with
young athletes:

  • Veteran teacher with Ph.D. in education
  • Understanding of differences between males and females in physiological, psychological,
    sociological, and  motor skill development
  • Experience as elite college and ASA women's pitcher
  • Experience as successful NCAA Division I and II head college coach
  • Proven track record of developing fastpitch athletes at all levels
